August fitness goals

I have not made a post in specific goals in a long, long time, but I think that it is better to begin. Publish things publicly and all that really makes you want to go after it!

August is going to be a busy for me month will be a miracle if I am capable of everything you would like to accomplish. I like that a little push because I know it helps me to get more fact.

The youngest of 4 kids is starting kindergarten this fall, so I'm trying to prepare myself mentally for it. I just read this article on easing of children in Kindergarten and they filled. This is my baby, all. We will get through it. I think. Haha.

During the month of August may also be ending my starting my fall and summer courses about and am very excited! You can also take in a few more hours in my work outside the home to help there and aggressively to avoid it except for our new baby.

It is funny how when you begin to realize what fast your kids are growing and that none of them are no longer babies, gives you a little bit of baby fever - especially when you see pregnant bellies on Facebook. I went through that terribly during a period of time about three weeks ago and I believe that I am now. Thanks to God. Wow, that was close. Haha! As much as I would like "one more", I read that you have that feeling and along her femininity and I think that we are really pleased with our 4. I can always get a puppy or a kitten, no?

A few quick words on these objectives:

1. Echo of lifting! I wanted to start fresh T25 and complete the first half only to doing the program. Once you start the beta phase, I'll be adding in elevation and then doing T25 for cardio after my lifts. !!!!!!!!! I'm not sure which programme lifting will follow still but we have a new bar with plates of the bumper and want to use it!

2. Drink plenty of water every day is a challenge for me. I carry around a bottle of water with me all day, but after starting our challenge of water intake 7 days in my fitness Group yesterday me di account which I don't drink quite as much as I thought I was!
