On July 8 I started with my challenge group T25 and amazes me how goes so far. Last week I mentioned that I was on a mission of beers and I'm definitely on my way. I know it will be tough but I am ready for the challenge and I think I am prepared to do so. I have never been so devoted to eat as well as I have been. Really look forward to is because I know that it makes me feel better!
So, here are few progress photos/statistics taken this past Monday (exactly one week after I started T25)
Not update the measures still because I will do it at the end but I did a weigh in because I was curious and ended up totally surprised! (Oh and the "BB" stands for the navel. Always measure around the smallest part of my waist and around my navel.)
After completing 5 consecutive days of 25-minute workouts last week and a clean diet, I am 5 lbs. I have not done any extra cardio or lifting. Let him know that I'm not focused on the scale of what it says, I'm just tracking stats as go so I am able to share with those who wonder if the program "works". All of them work if you work!
I have entered into the habit to get up early before the children wake up to training and has been working great so far! I drink my coffee, training and then you have breakfast. I love to be with my training before doing anything else.
I've also gotten the habit of eating oatmeal - truth, truth I love with fresh cranberries on top!
One thing I will say is that T25 makes me miss lifting so I'm getting nervous and have thought of adding body beast (which I have completed before) and do the workouts together. I'm still thinking about it. I know that I am building strength with T25 because my muscles are screaming to me today, but I'd like to get things too.
I will think on it.
P.S. In the event that you miss the announcement in my earlier this week Facebook page, it will have a plan menu next to my newsletter starting the coming week! You can see my page of gifts for more info!
