Better training? Beachbody Wii Boxing, Jillian Michaels, CrossFit, running... Oh my!

There are so many different workouts that you can use to get in shape, how do you which is the best training to do know?

You can find them on DVD in the comfort of your home, you can do workouts on consoles such as the Wii, you can hire a personal trainer at the gym, you can be your own coach in the gym, you can see videos from YouTube, you can find workouts in magazines, you can only run if your preference... trainings are everywhere!

One thing that really makes me crazy is people who judge people based on the training they do with comments like these:

"CrossFit is the only way." (maybe for some. Clearly it works for Rich Froning.)

"Do you think that training DVD really work?" (If you enjoy it!)

"I don't need a personal trainer." (maybe not!)

"You think of obtaining the same results at home which can in a gym". (definitely).

I can't stand that comments such as above when that are being used to try to make someone feel inferior to their training preferences and I see them on Facebook quite frequently. Each different method work better for different people. Personally, I don't care what they do. I am not going to knock anyone for posting your workout or exercise of choice on Facebook program and I'm glad people when I see them jogging or running down the sidewalk (not high enough so that you hear me, lol). I just love the fact that people are active, no matter what. And if they are happy to share with others, so either! I wish that more people could be supportive and cheerful as well without trying to convince people that what they are doing is not enough. You know? Just let the people working for them. Do you suffer from excited and motivated for training because that is what matters most right.

We are all motivated by the same things or program type.

Working at home is what works for me. I can do almost any type of training here that I choose and I am very proud of my achievements up to this point. Some people are motivated more by a community gym and all it has to offer. Some people both at home and in the gym training! What works for you is what matters, not be the last and largest 'trend'.

I love Beachbody programs (Les Mills bomb is my soulmate training!) and I can attest to its effectiveness. DVDs work for me - while it is a program that I'm interested in. However, I also love going with my own workouts, trying to CrossFit workouts here and there or following training lift magazines or other websites from time to time. Variety is the spice of life, and that is why I like help and train people regardless of the training they are doing.

We all have different goals.

All we imagine our own version of a "dream body" and the body of sleep, I do not say perfect.

We can only accept our differences and our preferences for training. Life would be boring if we had a choice (and gyms and sidewalks would be filled)! It allows no rain on others parades just because we have a different preference. That does not mean that they are doing is not right for them, only it might not be suitable for you.

which is best

Try a variety of things. You never know what you like better if not try it.

The "best" are enjoying them because you'll be more likely to follow with them long term.

When you put in the hard work, the results will come. It is just a matter of doing things that you like and put your heart and soul in it.<>
